Resepi kek coklat sedap tak hengat.

Assalamuaalaikum to future mommy and daddy sekalian,

Wassap bro? Hari ai nak tunjukkan cara-cara memasak kek coklat. Kenapa tajuk macam riak. Wuauaauahaha, well kek coklat ai ni, memang gebu, macam tuan dia.

Okey le main zing of le day, the recipe

1 cup boiling water
2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk (OR 1 c. milk mixed with 1 T. vinegar)
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees and line three 8 inch cake pans with wax paper. Bring a small pan of water to a boil and keep it simmering while you mix the other ingredients.

In a large mixing bowl combine the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add the eggs, buttermilk, oil and vanilla. Beat with mixer until combined.

Add 1 cup of the boiling water and carefully stir until it is mixed in. Beat for 1 1/2 minutes with mixer. Batter will be thin. Pour the batter into pans and bake for 18-22 minutes (until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean).

We use chocolate ganache as the recipe. The ingredient we need,

Cooking chocolate ( instead of using cooking chocolate, i use reese chocolate, a little hint of peanut butter will be good :) ) suka hati la mau guna apa
1 tablespoon of Butter , to make it look shiny and mouth wateringgg
Heavy cream ( 1 cup)

Use the double boiler technique. First, melt the chocolate and then add butter. After that, add some heavy cream. Cook to perfection.
Let it cool wokeyhh.

And then keluarkan kek from the oven. When it cool, keluarkan kek from tray, and spread the chocolate ganache all over the cake. Kan rasa bersalah je tengok kek tu tak makan. Kalau anda seorang yang penyabar, letak dalam freezer. Kalau uolss ni macam ai, nak melantak je, dipersilakan untuk potong. Huuuuu tu part paling best.
